KaosKontrol Drops Digital Jesters

KaosKontrol has become the first company to break contract with Digital Jesters, following the publisher's problems. KaosKontrol has terminated their publishing agreement, effective immediately, citing breach of contract. KaosKontrol is also hinting at a possible lawsuit "against the directors of Digital Jesters for fraud under section 206 of the Insolvency Act 1986." KaosKontrol reassured the public that the development and ownership of game products are unaffected and that they will be seeking a new publisher immediately.
