Political Capitol bug

I am unable to build Political Capitol.
When I select it, Economic Capitol, which has already been built, appears in box and the 'Under construction'
box is full with 1 month left.

There's a typo in the file achievments.imp. I'd be surprised if they didn't have it already fixed in the internal build. You can fix it yourself in yours by opening up achievements.imp in the data folder with your favorite text editor, and changing the second instance of Economic Capitol to Politcal Capitol. I've already fixed mine, so I don't remember exactly where the change needed to be made, but it should be easy to figure out.
