Menu Bar is not changing (only color, not complete skin) when changing a skin

Hi,

when I apply a new skin I always get the classic windows menu bar - the color changes but the start button and all the other menu bar visualization does not get applied. I sometimes had this problem with WB 4.x. Solution was to change back to original XP settings and then re-apply the skin. Now: No chance anymore. Can anyone please help?
PS: Now using WB 5, latest Beta.

Which version of Windows are you using (including any service packs) and which version of the WindowBlinds 5 Beta?

Do you get any error messages at all?

Why can't you switch back to the original XP look in WB5?
