Im not really to sure with coral, but anyway when you make transparent png's you do not use magic pink, you use transparent color,eg you can make each pixel have diffefent amount of opacity, to give you a unique transparent effect, and also there is straight transparent color, you should just have erase any colored pixels and make sure you have transparent background checked under propeties!

Have you watched any of the "CorelDraw for Skinners" videos by mormegil? There is one specifically about exporting png's from CorelDraw. I dont have any links handy at the moment, but you should be able to search for them, or else look on mormegils WinCustomize site.

but my actual problem is not how to get the transparancy in corel. this i can do. and when i load the picture with any other prog e.g explorer, there is no background. but when i load the same picture with desktopx the background is still there.is there any setting i have to do, to get rid of the background. and the strange thing is, when i use a premade png object, which is background free, put some stuff in it with corel,(inside the object`s visual area), save it, then load it with deskX, it has a background again. but also only with deskX. when i open it with any other prog than there is no background. if anyone has an advice please write me. i`m getting white hairs here.
