try going to the folder (for me it's at: C:\Program Files\Stardock\Object Desktop\ThemeManager\Themes) and double click it. when TM comes up, don't click apply, click ok - then when it asks if you want to apply say yes

no, no. A balloon tip comes up whenever you get a new WBA installed, which is what TM does when applying a Suite, right?

if you don't see it listed when object desktop is selected, then click view, show/hide applications and make sure it's checked in the list
