The "Tray" tab should show the items in your system tray on a fresh install. If you'd like to revert to the default docks, please run the file <here>.
If you would like to add functionality to a dock you've already customized and don't want to lose your changes, you will need to add the line "Type=SystemTray" under whatever tab you want to have the system tray property within the "CurrentTheme.ini" file. After saving the changes for this file, you will need to also save the changes to the "CurrentTheme_Backup.ini" file. These files are both located within the "%userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Stardock\ObjectDockPlus" directory.
