Restoring from save flips society type

In beta 4B when restoring from a saved game my society type flipped from "Technological" which is what I started the game as to "Industrial". This caused all sorts of havoc as my power in the senate took a nose-dive and my research times quadrupled.

That was a Beta4 & 4a bug that I guess didn't get fixed yet. Too bad

Yes, this will be fixed ASAP. We thought it was a problem with the senate screen at first, but come to find out it was a saved-game issue.
