Stacked starbases still happening

In his Beta 4B post Brad mentioned that this should be fixed but it's not. You can at least catch the game trying to do it and stop it if you go into the game options screen and put an X in the box for "prompt me before harvesting a resource".

It doesn't happen all the time but often enough to be a pain.

I've upgraded starbases on resources 8 to 10 times so far on 4b (.009) without seeing this. How often do you see it? Did you uninstall 4a before installing 4b? Just trying to figure out differences that might explain it ...

This was an upgrade install of 4B over a fresh install of 4A. I've played two games with beta 4B and the problem happens about 50% of the time.

Well, FWIW, there's a difference - I uninstalled 4a before installing 4b. Don't know if that would explain why you're seeing the problem and I'm not.
