Still crash happening when returning to game

If you minimize game (Alt tab) and then hit the icon to return to the game, the game crashes still.

Per FrogBoy:

The Alt-Esc issues are better but not gone. You will still get them under some circustmances.

You can avoid them by using GCCONFIG to set it to windowed mode. No more need to use alt-tab or alt-esc.
