Are you referring to the CopperDeck2 skins by Pixtudio?

I have not used either the Sysmetrix or Rainlendar programs for a while, so I can't remember whether there is a "Skins" or "Themes" folder in their respective program folders:

Example - "C:\Program Files\Sysmetrix\Skins", or "C:\Program Files\Rainlendar\Skins" folder (or Themes in place of Skins).

Skin folders are placed in either the "Skins" or "Themes" folder if one exists, otherwise you place the skin folder directly in the relevant program folder (just remove the Skins/Themes folder from addresses above).

Basic method:

- Download skin file (it will be a ".zip" file in the specific cases of the CopperDeck2 Sysmetrix and Rainlendar skins).

- Extact the skin folder from the ".zip" file, and then place it in the correct folder using the criteria listed above.

- Start program and apply the skin (skin should now be listed) in the normal fashion.

Note - in some cases, you will need to manually install the font(s) included in the skin folder.

I hope this helps.

Example - "C:\Program Files\Sysmetrix\Skins", or "C:\Program Files\Rainlendar\Skins" folder (or Themes in place of Skins).

More specific example: "C:\Program Files\Sysmetrix\Themes\CopperDeckII", same with rainlendar only "Rainlendar" in the place of "Sysmetrix". The CopperDeckII that I have does not have the .smx packaged, so you will have to manually "create" the theme. To do this:

1. Unzip the .zip file to a location easily accessed, i.e.: "My Documents\CopperDeckBackup"
2. Start Sysmetrix.
3. Right-click on Sysmetrix Systray Icon.
4. Click on "Sysmetrix Configuration".
5. Highlight/click on "Theme Settings".
6. Click on "Create Theme" button at the bottom left of the "Theme Settings" panel.
7. Type "CopperDeckII", without quotations, into the "Theme Name:" line.
8. Click on the "..." button in the "Background" line, and locate the "CopperDeckII.bmp" in the "CopperDeckBackup" folder that you created in step #1, above.
9. Click on the "Create Theme" button.
10. Open the "CopperDeckBackup" folder.
11. Highlight these files:

SysMetrix.ini
Email.bmp
HOOG0553.TTF
RecycleBin.bmp

12. "Copy selected files to..." C:\Program Files\Sysmetrix\Themes\CopperDeckII
13. Restart Sysmetrix and choose CopperDeckII!
14. Click on "Export Theme" button in the lower right corner of the Themes Panel.
15. Click positively on the next window that comes up, and now you have all you need.

I hope this helps you. There are a few Sysmetrx themes that the author didn't choose to or didn't know to "Export" the theme, which packages it and places "*".smx file in the folder in which you created the theme. Happy skinning!
