ship movement

Many times, when a ship is moving, but doesn't use all of its movement points, the game pauses. That's good. But the galactic screen does not recenter on the currently active unit and one must go find it.

You can click on the race icon in the info window (which, for any ship you can move, should be the blue Terran icon) to recenter, but it would be nice if the display scrolled when the ship moves offscreen.
