Activision will be teamed up with Marvel for at least the next twelve years. The publisher will retain the rights for Spider-Man and X-Men until 2017 for PC, console and handheld products. The original deal, which saw the launch of good comic-based games with Neversoft's Spider-Man, was to originally expire in 2009.
