WB5 beta 2 Won't open.

I installed WB5 beta 2 from stardock central but after it installs if I try and run it nothing happens. I have uninstalled the previous version and reset my computer. If I try and run WB5 by any method such as from my startbar, from stardock central, or from the icon in the WB directory nothing at all happens. The config window does not open. I had to uninstall and go back to WB4 which works fine but I really wanted to try the beta.

Running:
Athlon 64 3200+
Nvidia 6600GT
Windows XP Sp2

I don't mind just waiting for the final version but if anyone knows anything that could help I'd appreciate it.

Is wbperapp the config? It is an empty file with nothing in it for me.

Also, if I uninstall wb4 and intall wb5 it shows both as installed on stardock central.
