Well, quasi-naval anyway. The US Navy doesn't have a "second lieutenant" or "fleet captain", and has had an on-again off-again relationship with the rank of commodore.

I'm guessing that Fleet Admiral should be implemented as well. No reason why they should leave the final one out. So it's probably 60 games and 300,000pts going by the progression.

Not enough info for the number of games yet -

RA looks like 30 games with 50k
VA is less than 48 with 100k - so could be 45.
Admiral could be 60 games + 200k points

which might make AF 400k (doubling) points and 75 or even 90 games.

Judging from the progression of games for the earlier ranks - 10, 20, 30, 40 games. I'm quite sure Admiral is at 50 games. The only question is whether SD wanted to break from this and give Fleet Admiral a criteria such as 75 or 100 games and 300k or 400k score.

No new promotions for the past few days - but a lot of people are watching Jaws' progress with interest - he currently has 39 games and a score over 100k, and the question is "Will the promotion to Vice Admiral come at 40 games or is it going to need 45?". Watch this space for news!

Several others are getting close to attaining "flag" rank - either a game or two, or a few points to get - for those who are looking, it's worth remembering that the score that matters is the one that shows up in the pop-up box if you click on your name - not the score that shows in the table - thus, for example, LDiCesare has over 50k points on the chart but is a whisker short in the pop-up - one more game will probably see the promotion through!
