Crash when no more minor races

When all minor races were eliminated by the computer players, selecting the Minor Race tab in the diplomacy screen causes an immediate CTD.

For debug purposes, which files or logs should I post?

This is a known bug that has been fixed in Beta 3 which we should be seeing "real soon now" (tm).
