Help -- what is the "serial number" that the Drengin Game Manager wants?

Argh. I preordered GalCiv, and downloaded the DGM, then tried to download GalCiv, but I can't figure out what the "serial number" is that it wants. It doesn't seem to be my order number, or the Item number, and I can't find anything else in the email I got sent to put in there. Was it in the webpage it gave me after I ordered? I thought that was all emailed to me (and when the computer rebooted after installing DGM, I lost it :(). Am I missing something or am I just being stupid? :(

you have to use uppercase when you type it in... I couldn't get it to work when I first got it and it was because I typed the serial number in lowercase...

If you lost the Email that they sent you, just go to this link http://www.stardock.com/support.asp and enter your E-mail address that you used when you purchased the game and you should get a reply with your serial number in about 5 minutes.

You should have recieved two emails from Stardock. The first has your order confirmation, and the second has you serial number and a link to the current DGM installer.
