Hello Community!!! this is my first post even though i have been a member of the community for a long time. its just that u guys are so good i don't need anything until NOW. well i was wondering if i can get a page with the best skins ever released. windowsblinds can already be found in the hall of fame section but i was looking for log ons and boot skins and cursor skins (cursor xp). if someone can tell me where to find the best ones ever published i would greatly appreciate it. I don't know about the best ones ever made, but you can go to each gallery section and set Search to sort by "ratings" or by "number of downloads". Might help you find what you're looking for...

i already tried that but the search does not bring up the ones that have won awards. isn't there any other way?

That will have to be a manual search, sajjadbagir. That is half the fun, finding some obscure skin that no one has seen in aeons. I would go through the "most popular" authors first, start with the earliest dates and work your way up. You'll find quite a bit of good stuff from 2003-2004, I was a bit surprised at the quality of work, considering they used "lesser" software. Have fun on your search!

Actually, there is a 'hall of fame'.....it's called the gallery/library, and it's chocka block full of fantastic creations, some more famous than others. However, I would never choose a skin purely on its fame or popularity, but for its aesthetic and practical value to me.

I think scorpio logic is right, if you browse the galleries, you'll find many, many skins you'll like, and in the meantime, having fun whilst doing it. Who knows, you might find something a little more obscure, as in not quite as popular as others, and absolutely love it.
