Is The Beta Still Available?

Hi, everybody!

I'm somewhat concerned. I just pre-ordered the $45 GalCiv II from Stardock. I hadn't seen an anouncement that the beta was over, only a warning. Since the more expensive beta-enabled version from stardock was still available, I assumed I could stll download beta 4.

I then got a Stardock central account and downloaded Stardock Central. I couldn't find the Beta. Did I waste $5 on the more expensive version, or is their something I'm missing?

I don't know whether it's still available or not, but make sure that in SDC with "Games" selected, you check the checkbox at the bottom that says "Show pre-release versions".

hey i just preordered, and i went to SDC and clicked on show pre-release versions, buit i cant find the game, is this where i downloed it, if so is it still available or is it that i missed something?????? please help cant wait to play this game

The beta is closed.  There was a news item on the main page saying it would close on the 15th.

You'll still get the pre-order goodies and collector's edition stuff though.
