about colonizing on ruins

theres one ruin that boost your manufacturing to 100 or even 700 %. when it says manufacuturing should i build a starport on this or build a factory on this. if you dont know please dont guess

i was wondering the same thing ha ha ha.... i had a pq7 with 5 bonus tiles and couldn't figure out where to squeeze in the starport.

what would happen if you built the manufacturing capital on a 700% production bonus tile? 15x the production for the whole colony?

Manufacturing bonuse affect things that manufacture things. It is a multiplayer to the Manufacturing points that a given building on that tile would produce. If it doesn't produce manufacturing points, then a Manufacturing bonus won't affect it.
