Text Object changes itself for no reason!!!

I have a button object for a Stardock apps pop up menu, no script, no nothing, just the text "Stardock Apps", when I apply my settings for this object, the text changes to "90%". It is not configured to be a meter or anything, Im confused and tired, maybe something stupid I overlooked. Any ideas??

OK someone pleeeeeaaaasssseee help, I made all new buttons and everything was fine for like 10 hours, then my control panel button changed its display to 93%!!!! Same problem again HASNT ANYONE DEALT WITH THIS????????????

Sounds pretty strange. Are you giving every object a unique Object ID? (Summary panel). Are there any other objects loaded, particularly meters, if so are they looking for an object which happens to have the same ID as your troublesome text object? I've never experienced this myself, but these are things I would look at if I did.

I have no other Control panel objects, no other objects pertaining to the control panel at all. I dont get it.

I have tried changing the object ID to something different, same results. The weird thing is, if something were messed up, wouldnt it be screwing up all of my Text Objects??? Its only screwing up one (two occassionally).
