Error 13 Continues

Help! I've unistalled DGM, etc. Still gettiing error 13 on weapon.mdl

Ok, the dgm guru says:

"I'm not quite sure what is the problem with the error 13. I working with someone through email to try and figure it out. But right now I'm not sure what the cause is. My best suggestion at this point is to do a file search on weapons.md* and delete any .mdl or .md_ files the search finds."
