Toblerone's first attempt at oil painting

I found cheap art supplies the other day and used up my birthday money buying it. I got a shitload of brushes, a beginners oil painting kit, oil paints, water colours and canvas for a little over $50. Sure the smart thing to do would of been to save that money for my NZ trip...but who said I was smart?

Anyway I've been wanting to learn how to paint in oils, this is my first attempt:

I've touched up the hair, eyes and neck now.

Thanks. I think there is definately room for improvement but it nice to know I haven't started out too badly. Shame my grandmother isn't still alive she was the real artist in my family.

Looking at her, I like how her right eyelid is wider cause it's closer to us, and the left isn't as wide, and I liked your use of shadows on her face and am I seeing
a mole or two on her?
