'desktop is prettier than the game' bug

ok the year is ard 2200, its just me and the dregins. and 2 turns b4 crashing their technology and manufacturing starts to drop sharply. It eventually goes to zero. I dont know if this has anything to do with the crash (maybe a gov overthrough) but it looks weird so i thought i'd mention it.
The stack dump follows..some of it is in greek sry abt that if you need a translation of the greek stuff let me know

btw a couple of questions:
1.what technology research do i need for espionage/overthrow?
2. I noticed there are more than 1 governors, can i assign them to different planets (how)
Also (minor bug) i noticed one of the social improvments doesnt have a picture/drawing that comes with the anouncment, when i see it agn i'll post which one its is (sry for the vagueness). I guess it might not be implemented as with 1,2 above but this is a beta so "more is more".
On a happy note i am very happy abt the game this is my first crash after 5-6 games so its great.
