Odd "bug" in latest 3B?

I updated to the latest version last night and started a game with most of the players set to idiot so I wouldn't feel left out

Anyway, I had just won something or other and then the game kicked me out and said that I had lost, military defeat. I had just clicked through a box and wasn't paying much attention to what it said, but I don't think I surrendered or anything. It should have been a standard "crush everyone" game.

Any ideas?
