Minor bugs and one suggestion

As mentioned in a previous post, I had some difficulty downloading the multimedia files. I think this was caused by a bad connection, and for the benefit of anyone else having similar problems, it was solved by running loader.exe with the parameter /t 300000 (thanks, Stardock).
I can now report the following minor bugs, and one suggestion (with apologies to anyone who has aleady reported these):-
Spelling/typing errors:
-'Declaration of Wa_' label on the Foreign Policy treaties screen.
-In the Foreign Policy report on the Alexians, the words 'unfourunatly' and 'acomplish'.
-The Advanced Trade description should read 'Getting other civilizations to agree [to] allow us...'.
_The 'oddities' senate vote - 'bennifitial'.
-Starbase Mining Headquarters description 'Aritficial'.
The Foreign Policy United Planets 'Enforced Laws' panel does not scroll when part of the bottom line is missing.
The Interstellar Consortium (Starbase upgrade) description is incomplete.
Lastly, a suggestion: there should be a notification message when another race is wiped out.
