crash on exit

I noticed a crash on exit yesterday. The message displayed on screen was

Damage before normal block #15556

All I had done was started the game and immediately exited. The problem has NOT occurred again and I have not managed to repeat it.

I've had a couple of sporadic crash on exits but I haven't been able to figure out what's causing it yet
