Which program do I have to use to get icons in the taskbar?

I have seen in several screenshots that some people have icons in the taskbar right next to the startbutton.
Which program can I use for this.

Um, do you mean the Quick Launch icons? All you do is right click the taskbar, select 'Toolbars' and tick 'Quick Launch'.
