3d: minimap refresh/possible bug with USS Defender fortune

I go a defender from an anomoly. The minimap showed that I could only send it to the SOL-quadrant. Never tried my other system in another quadrant. Then I got a crash due to something else, and reloaded galciv - the minimap showed that I could take the defender to any of my two systems.

Could be a USS Defender fortune bug or moer likely a refresh thing with the minimap. Anyway, it could be a good idea to autorefresh the minimap on events such as anomaly surveys.
