Electronic Arts and Crytek have announced the development of Crysis, a new first person shooter. The all new intellectual property will be brought to the PC by the developer of the PC hit Far Cry.

"Crysis will be a showcase for that commitment and will offer gamers from all over the world the next step in FPS gaming."
Shooter fans will get a little added to spice in their FPS experience since Crysis will bring weapon and armor customization, tactics and alien invasions. The new IP will be developed using Crytek's own CryENGINE 2.
