The Battlefield 2 website has announced a delay in the Euro Forces Booster Pack. The anticipated mini-expansion type dealie has been delayed because its pre-requisite patch has also been delayed. The v1.2 patch is needed for the Booster to be installed and has been pushed into the "next couple of weeks." The Booster pack has therefore been moved to the "latter half of February."
Along with the announcement came some unexpected changes to the patch including the ability to pick up mines. That specific feature has been removed because the development team has not yet finalized it. On the brighter side of things, the team has managed to fix the Red/Blue nametag bug, which has been part of the game since its release in June 2005.
