Skinning the Smartphone

Looking for ANY info

I'm interested in making some skins for the Windows Mobile 5.0 Smartphones. I don't see any at DA and so far I can't find any info on what/how to changes the menus and create themes. Since it's a Windows program I figure some of the Stardock gurus may have some insight.

Any info would be appreciated.

go to goole and type in WISBAR i use it to skin my windows mobile 5.0 pda its a great program

I already had the info from the first link. I'll have to dig a little more at the second. Thanks for the response tho.
I'm looking to create skins kinda like on this site Link
Only problem is I don't speak French.

I did however find this site Link and they had a shareware program I downloaded called Homescreen Designer. Changing backgrounds is pretty standard stuff but I want to change the layout, Fonts, menus etc.
