I think Cavan's comments were based on 1024 x 768. I use 1280 x 1024 so I crop the top part of the wall 1280 x 950 and the bottom to 1280 x 74. You need to make sure the size of the bottom panel (settings) is also 74 (or whatever height you make the bottom) and change it to "stretch".

Yes but no "close" button. Go here https://www.wincustomize.com/Forums.aspx?ForumID=144&AID=79673#621362 and see post 9 on how to get it back by cropping your wall and using the bottom panel. But yes, if you set the top and bottom panel to "0", your entire screen will be your wall without squishing it.
