In my view, Members abilities should be used more effectively. We have a good number of talented members. They could have been used for betterment of community. A few suggestions (Please Don't beat me on them): 1. Why not build moderator ring for forum and/or skin approval. You can do it by adding a new shortcut to "c:\windows\system32\shutdown.exe" (supposing c: is the drive where you have installed windows) ... and apply the arguments -s ... !!!
