I thought is was pretty interesting to add to the archive. Its would seem that when something becomes a stable in consumer or business or any sort of personal lifestlye importance, the criminal element tend to take a likeing to it.

Oh and I agree with The Hawk on post #37. Pressure. What I think, personally speaking, is that you actually have the court by its 'balls' by it not enacting its own order. Pressure is your congressman, assemblymen, even petitioning parts of the same court on procedure (of which would seem obviously not followed) You will need past cases of how this situation was handled, how this judge has handled past situations, local law and so on.
It is not an agency, it is a court order. And if the court will not enforce it, there is no agency that you can go to. As we saw with Terri Schiavo, the only recourse is appeals to higher courts, and then they only review the procedures, not the ruling itself. This is what I mean. I think some people don't really have a handle on what security can do and what it can't do. This is one reson why I would like to see this report and see what they are ACTUALLY looking at and what they think is good or bad.
