how noble of you vag, now should the rest of us feel bad for wanting prizes? Personally, I don't feel that I can afford giving any money to people in need, cos I'm pretty broke myself. That doesn't mean I don't feel sorry for them though. Now, I'm in this competition for two reasons, recognition and the prizes. Which I'm sure counts for like 99% of the contestants in here aswell. I shouldn't have to feel bad about that.

if you _only_ look at the shape, then no, d-r isn't the most creative, but seriously, was the shape the ONLY thing judged in this category? If it was, it shouldn't have been, and if it should, then the category should have been called "most creative shape", not "most creative". I'm honestly VERY surprised about the result. Cheers to Enkera and Machina tho, they deserve it.

StillWater Skins: true, but on the other hand, some of the categories were really hard to figure out what they meant and even some supposedly obvious categories has had wild discussions about what they really are (most creative/usable for example). None of that would exist if the judges decided which skin fits which category.

Why was it up to us, the skin authors, to decide the categories anyways? It should definitely have been up to the judges! So if my skin was in the wrong category, and every single user on the planet think my skin is the best "power user" skin, but it's not in that category, it cannot win? That sucks, it really really sucks..

I'm starting to agree with 883 somewhat... The amount of bitching is getting out of hand here. I just hope that the "user's choice" category will be done in some other way than a simple poll or comments like here, because of the high risk of cheating and bitching. I kinda went through the same thing in the most creative category, as 883 is going through in this one and let me tell you, it's not that fun. Now let's all calm down a little here..

I actually think that's what they should've done in the first place.. Write a description next to each category to make it clear what each category means.. I, for example, didn't have a clue what they meant by "power user" before they described it when they started judging WB skins..

883, I tend to disagree.. Most people only look at the graphics for creativity, but what about the code? You're telling me code cannot be creative? Riiiiiight.. That's a good one.. :) I'd say creativity = details. A well thought out skin is by far more creative than a simple skin with a wicked shape.. Unfortunately, most joe users tend to disagree since they don't really have a clue about the development of a skin.. However, that doesn't neccesarily mean usability = creativity, but it could

1) D-Reliction ;) (it's creative to have such a solid skin imo) 2) Resurgence 3) Enkera Creativity is not just about it's shape in my opinion. Completeness and tiny details, etc, count just as much as creativity, or atleast that's what I think..

Is it possible to have multiple authors when submitting, but not the entire team? What I mean is, Our team will most likely submit several skins, but not all members have worked on all skins, so is it possible to just have the relevant members included as authors when submitting a skin?
