Any issues with Stardock apps should be through the support ticket format by using this link.... https://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit After receiving the automated ticket number do not send another request or your position in the queue will be reset. As a holiday weekend is approaching you may experience a delay in getting a response from support but it certainly will not be 2 years.

If I recall from the previous IconPackager (Win 7) you were able to double-click on an IP package and it would install. Tried this on a couple of downloaded IP packages and nothing happened. Object Desktop subscription gives you one year (365 days) of any updates to the applications. After the one year you will still be able to use the apps but unless you renew your subscription you would not get any further updates.
