According to a local Puerto Rican newspaper, El Nuevo Dia, it seems that the Govenor of Puerto Rico is searching for ways to save money because they are running out of it. It's so bad to the point that he is in search of where he can cut back. By considering closing some non essencial Gov't offices, it is possible to save enough money. But not onlynon essencial office

Interesting thoughts. The American tax payer who will foot the bill for every thing that will be given to the “poor little immigrants” of course is not interested. Kinda my feelings. I blame the American people for the problems we face today. That inlcudes me. Some can blame the President and

I was a child of the 70s, but a teen of the 80s (I graduated in 1985), so I was a little out of the cartoons by then. I usually spent Saturday morning sleeping in after indulging in a night-long orgy of music videos on "Night Tracks" on TBS or "Night Flight" on USA. "Tracks" was the best, though, in my opinion.I did, however, enj

Reply By: Tova7 Makes perfect sense to me. It's what I wanted to hear. I had my doubts and wasn't sure it was a good idea. I really would like to join, but I know my family is first now and that is the main reason I have not made the decision. I guess I really needed to hear it from someone. I have a ha

Hell, save your pennies a little longer (this is my plan) and get your name on the list to get one of these.Link Well, I have just been blown away by this Keyboard. I always wondered how you can improve a keyboard with all the buttons they already have. I thought the DiNovo was a great idea, keeping the

#4 by stutefish Friday, April 21, 2006 I hate to say this but I agree, I too drive exactly how you describe your driving abilities. Thank God (knock on wood) I have never had any serious accidents and only 1 or 2 minor ones and I wasn't even going over 10 MPH on either. <TABLE cellpadding=

The difference (and it is big) is that while I do not agree with Moderateman, I respect his feelings on this because he has supported Bush, and is not a one trick pony. If you want to voice dissent with authority, make sure that your only message is not negative. MM does not criticize lightly, and when he does, it is with a str

Well, upon reading the different links to press releases it seems that Cheney made a huge donation to charity but people are feeling like he misused the Katrina change since he didn't donate to Katrina helping charities. As long as the charities are legitimate I'm not going to criticize who he gives HIS money to. JMO </TR

I saw that somewhere. It will be wierd to see this movie without those we love so much. At least Dr. Pulaski is garanteed not to be there. I miss Data.

I actually want to go to the Navy. 1 simple reason, they have the F-14 Tomcat, my dream jet. Though I may never be able to fly one due to my 20-30 vision. Who knows.

Your argument that currently high oil prices prove that the US invasion of Iraq was not about oil is absurd. Not necesarily, I'm sure (let me quote Col here) the vast majority of Americans feel that this war can definiely not be about oil, specially with the soaring prices. This in no way could be cons

Oh well. I've given up dancing since we got married. But I'd love to do it again someday. How sad. My wife nags me a lot about dancing. I'm just not to good at dancing around a lot of people like I use to when i was younger. Don't know why. Don't ever give up though. <TABLE cellpadding=8

I have started a service checking for counterfeit money, you give me your cash I take it away to examine it at my "office" to make sure it's real money. You can do even better, offer to change the, let's say, $20 bill with a "legit" one, but you really give them a counterfit one. That way yo

I loved Transformers, He-Man and good old bugs bunny! I also loved O Mighty Isis which no one ever seems to remember! No matter who I ask about it when we're discussing cartooons remember that one. Never heard of Isis but now I know why, this was a 70's show. Strange though, I was born in 76, should hav

I stand corrected! They are not yet a state. They are considered a "commonwealth" by the US government. Exactly, they way I see it, it's like having a rich uncle that gives you money and you don't even have to say thank you or like him. You can go in and out of his house when you please cause yo

It's not Col's article so he's not interested. Yea this would be the first time he doesn't get point for an article bashing Bush. Well maybe not the first, but when it becomes a habbit.

I notice a lot of people here expand their articles to many categories here, I myself have made articles for at least half of the categories and plan on making at least one for each. But Col, he has enclosed himself in the political world and even more into the Bush Twilight Zone. There's not an article he can't write that will not link to and blame Bush for it. I don't even know why he's a Colonel. I don't know any of his accomplishment or if he even
