What I notice alot that people tend to ignore is that the one reason that insurgents get away with doing such horrible crimes is that they don't go by the rules of war like we do. We don't go about killing innocent people to get to the criminals, we try our best to kill them without hurting innocent but sometimes in unavoidable except not trying to get them at all. In my heart I believe that every innocent life lost in Iraq was not done intentionally b

I have personally believed that newspapers and TV news, and radio news for that matter, have always given what they think people want to hear. It's all about the Benjamins. Their not in it for the story, their in it for the money. I agree with Dr Guy that they have a responsability to tell the truth whether it's profitable or not. If people want to be entertained they can buy a magazine or watch Comedy Central, in th mean time give me the tru

Oh yea about the topic, Mrs Clinton should know ( after all she wants to run for President) that in todays society people can easily take anything you say and twist it even if it was not intended to sound bad, which was not the case here.

If anyone believes the policies of this administration are designed to help anyone other then the rich, they have not looked at the results. Because a higher percent of blacks are poor, they have been harmed not because they are black but because they are POOR!! Ah, Col the Broken Record strikes again.

Well, I'm not a big fan of any particular group that I would know stories or nicknames and such. I was more a fun of just the music. At times I didn't even know who sang the songs and took me a while to figure it out. I was born in '76, but my taste for music can stretch as far back as The Supremes, Richie Valens, Little Richard and Chuck berry. I, how ever am more of an 80's fan with groups like Culture Club, Huey Luis & The News, Michael Ja

What a bunch of whiners! It is a lifetime appointment so what's the big deal about delaying it for one week? If the goal is the same a week from now why delay it? Ever heard of the phrase : don't leave for tomorrow what you can do today"?

I agree that we, conservatives and liberals, are more prone to kick each other for our beliefs than to sit down and admit that we agree on the problem and must find a middle point in which we can agree on a solution. It's not easy to debate when the person one is debating with can not see beyond the one solution they have reached and is unwilling to listen to anything one says even when it could be a fact. Eventually ones fustration gets the b

Well if you don't mind ID, here are some links Link and http://news.minnesota.publicradio.org/features/2006/01/03_scheckt_medicaredrugplan/ Bit it's not as bad as Col makes it sound. BTW Col, get a clue already, anything that can help improve the life of an American will always cost alot of money and guess who will have to

There are a number of Republican members of Congress that question the actions of Bush! Hey, just because they are Republicans doesn't mean they have to agree with everything. That doesn't make it a crime either. <TABLE cellpadding=8 width="95%" align=center bgColor=#FFF394 class="mb-Body-Quote

You're right! He lost to... get this... George W. Bush! Hahahahahah!!! I saw part of Gore's speech on C-SPAN. He appeared newly invigorated, forceful, and impassioned. He looked like he might have even pulled the stick out of his butt. It could be he's preparing to run again. Wait is today opposi

Who is this "many"? I bet most of them are radical liberals. There is no proof the law was broken, but that doesn't stop people like you from assuming they were. In that I agree. You have made articles assuming Bush is somehow guilty. here are a few exaples of your articles: Secret Court unaware of Bush Eavesdropping They want answer

It is a FACT that we are ignoring our financial obligations. WHO do you think will pay for the debt we are creating? Who do you think will pay for this new entitlement. This has NOTHING to do with ANY RHETORIC. This has to do with REALITY. Someone MUST eventually pay the bill! Funny, didn't you people s

Haven't seen one thing in the news about this. As usual you seem to make things up to blame Bush. How sad. I hate to contradict you ID but I too saw a few reports about the problems. But, and that's a big but, the problems were discovered just a day or 2 after the new system started. It's obvious to an

Just for interest sake, TW, what is your definition of a Troll? I am thinking there are different definitions being referred to around here. That's what I asked in my reply. I really would like to know cause now I feel confused about it.

Before we blast Bush lets have the courts rule if the President has broken the law! Well, I am impressed. There is always hope for everyone. I have yet to hear anything about proof of it being illegal or not. So what exactly does Gore (the Inventor of the Internet) know that the Media or the Co

Well I though I had a sjort fuse but after seeing you in action I new I had some stiff competition. All kidding aside I think you make valid points when you reply and make so good articles as well. I hope to be able to put my 2 cents up as well since I have tried making articles and have had 0 hits on some of them. But I will not give up. I tried to be nice to people here but there are some who just don't deserve it. But I still act nice till

Well I saw one of my lines in there. I thought it was a very valid point to make ATM. I personally find it insulting to compare you to such wonderful technology as robotics. Everyone kept calling this JU user a robot or automated and I love technology. Oh well. I was actually trying to be funny

Can we at least figure out why it is so hard not to respond to him in particular? I mean there are people here who have views that I like debating with and sometimes they too can be hardheaded, yet I can easily ignore them and not respond to them. But with Col, it's like an addiction, but then he seems to have to with me as well since he cant miss a chance to reply to all my post.

There are some mindless people on this Blog site but I am not one of them. You are not mindless, human physiology, animal physiology for that matter, requires a mind (brain) to function. What you lack is the ability to use it. Your mind is like a one way street, everything comes out, nothing goes in. Most people here would call you a robot or au
