Link doesnt work! I clicked it, and it timed out! Thats whats been happening for 2 days now for any WC web page! I cant access anything @wincustomize.com! I can access the articles, but nothing else, so I apologize if this is in the wrong place..
For 2 days I have been trying to search for new skins, and I have a few friends wo want to subscribe to WC but cant access any WC web pages! Is this site down for maintenance? I thought it was my computer, but I went to my friends house to help him get a subscription, and he couldnt access any WC web pages! I am having the same problem with DeviantArt, so I dont know what to do!

I hate to say it, but when vista actually hits the market for buyers, and I install it on my computer, Im not sure im ever gonna want to use another WindowBlind, MSStyle, Visual Style, etc.... again.... With the glass effect, available, there isnt much u can do to make it look any better.... Either way, this program is pretty sweet! (at least for beta testers) </fo

Seems like every one wants to tell me the obvious here! I tried all the suggestions and none of them worked! If u are thinking that i am new to this stuff, u are sadly mistaken! I design software, and websites, if it where my computer i would know about it! Everything else i ever installed works on my computer! This is the only thing i am having problems with! Oh well i give up! Might as well do this the right way! UN-INSTALL IT ALL, and say screw it!
I thought i bought the software, and subscribed to the site! If i did actually pay for the subscription to software, then i guess im the idiot! But i think i bought it permanently! WB is not a subscription! Only the site is! Irreguardless none of this stuff worked! I guess thats the last product i buy, and recommend to anyone from this site!
I understand that is what SDC is for! So ur telling me that i have to install another program just to update 1 program? That sounds kinda stupid! Maybe an integrated updater would be nice! I have that stoopid program Stardock Central! It has tooooooo many bugs! It always tells me it is unable to register this, and that! Although i paid for them already! Sorry if i was a little upset there, but i have owned this software for like over a year now, and never had this problem before! I have tried all the suggestions except the pre-release version thing in comment #2! I love windowblinds, and like i said, this is the first time i ever had problems with it! When i saw that it uploaded the beta version, i was a little freaked out! now i will try this all over again! and i know 1 persons opinion means nothing
I recently had problems with my computer, and had to reinstall WindowBlinds! Well, i bought it when it was version 4.3 or so! I know stardock has recently released a newer version of windowblinds! I used stardock central to update from old to new, and I am having all kinds of problems! Now I get no transparent start menu, just a big black shadow now, and I got absolutely no button glow effect! I recently found a version of trillian that works pefrectly!3.1 basic build 121 has no problems doing file transfers or webcams..... audio.....etc... Personally I like Skinnable messenger programs! AIM is skinnable.....but through a 3rd party app...... msn messenger is the same way all the other programs i found that connect to all the different messenger services where hard to use.......and half didnt even work at all! So I disagree with Hazyluna
I think it would be nice to see a liitle more added to the library! MSN Messenger, Trillian, Avedesk! I think it would also attract a lot more people to this site......... but more people means more paying customers! And also slower load times for us! P.S. Ms. Bebi Bulma............If u hare still having trouble using avedesk 1.2, I believe I can help! It took me a wile to figure it out, seeing as how there where no instrctions on "how to use avedesk"! Make sure, after u open the control panel, and add a desklet, that it is located where u can see it U will see the names of the desklets you have added in the desklets control panel!
