I think if you would visit the shadowness website it would give a clue. When contacted shadowness a few days ago asking for permission, it said that one of the shadowness.com artists will look on my request shortly. So all i can say is that they are a team working together.

how are top downloads counted?? in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

I mean how do top downloads get measured. Well if you click the to downloads extended link you can clearly see that there is stuff which is downloaded more and still not seen in the download list. For Example: smiley_logon got about 415 downloads yesterday, while a lot of other skins with downloads over 900 yesterday are not included in the top downloads list... why???

Now this new Info i got is more is Interesting... Just check with the mobile service provider company and found ou that the "Cell connecion Service" was bought by a Non-Pakistani who came from US a few Weeks Ago. Now i'm realy starting to think that the guy is serious.
