Click Start - Run - type "msconfig" Click the Start Up tab. Does it show in the list? If so, uncheck it and save the changes and re-boot

I'd like to point out that the last 18 Featured Skins have been related to Desktop X. While this is a wonderful piece of software, could we not have some variety? Over the last couple of weeks there have been some wonderful WB skins in particular. How about it guys?
