The problem is with the BootSkin Program itself. When a skin is made and tested it is where it should be, the when it is Exported it zip with that path, and renamed to .booskin. So almost any bootskin skin will have the path in the file as default.

For your information C:\programs files\stardock\bootskin\SkinNameDir is the default for all boot skins, if they are placed anywhere else the the BootSkin program will not find them hence you will not be able to see them in the list.
