I can't think of any reason why it doesn't work. unless there is some other program that is interfering with the boot-up sequence
Stumpy
Damn, Sorry about that, what happens now?
Quit bitching about ratings, I'm sure many others don't care about them, only Prima Donna's or Mona Lisa's >
Ok, new file sent, you have to rename it too .EXE and run it, that should then allow you to use the Bootskins BTW: It's Dennis (Male) <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/sb.gif" border=0 ALIGN="absmiddle"
Be patient, I'm sending it now, brb
I bel;ieve that the version you have is slightly bugged :0
Ah, just read tyhe last post - It should be v75a Public Beta Email me
This may or may not work, but try it: Uninstall - Reboot - Install - Reboot That may solve the problem, if not i'll try and think of something else to try
That file is only needed to import/export a .BootSkin file and not used for the displaing of the skin
The latest version is v75a Public Beta, that will be part of the installation filename
If you download from Wincustomize then they should match the criteria, and should work, there must be something else wrong, you do have the latest version of the BootSkin program, yes? If not >>> [email protected] <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/sb.gif" border=0 ALIGN="absmi
The boot screen should ALWAYS be 640x480 - 16 Colour - (4 bit) pictures And the ProgressBar should always be 22x9 - 16 Colour - (4 bit) . Exactly the same palette as the main pic
I assume you are running Windows XP, it does not work on win98 or WinME
It's on Wincustomize NOW! Go get it
You must have a computer administrator account to turn the Use the Welcome screen feature on or off. On my system there is only one account and that is me (administrator), and on the Change The Way dialog both options are selected (Checked) and the "Apply Options" button was clicked. You could try this (maybe you already have) and reboot imediately <A HREF="https://www.w
Why do I always miss out on these things
Keep trying, it will go eventually The servers still have slight problems
MS-Paint will do the job if your an artist, but remember that the main pic and progressbar must have the same colour palette
Didn't mean to offend, It's just that the man works very hard on these skins and icons, and they should be ready very soon I was talking to him earlier in the chat room, It's looking very good <img src="http://images.sta
Give the man a chance, he's done real good so far, the more people want the longer it will take Have patience <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/sb.gif" border=0 ALIGN="absmiddle" ALT="Powered by SkinBrow
A Bug crept in and was fixed
You have a strange problem here, I'm not sure I understand what you mean by Old Logon Style (Win98), this should never appear, unless you mean the new XP welcome screen (two Tone Blue in colouring), but if you run LogonStudio highlight the Logon you want and click the apply button it should work correctly (unless the LogonSkin is corrupted). I need to see the LogonSkin to be able to help more, email >>> [email protected] <img src="http://images.stardock.com/image
No Problem, Glad to help I hope everthing works out for you and that you get permission
Sorted, by email, Nice BootSkin, upload soon
