i use photoshop 7 to do my bootskin - but i can save my file in " 4 bit " If you really mean't "Can't Save", then go to the "Colours" menu and "Decrease Colours" and then "16 Colours (4 Bit)" this will reduce the colours to the correct form, then you just save as a .BMP file. At the top of the WindowBlinds Library there is a CheckBox "Animation Support", tick this, and it will show all skins with animation support
