All I ask ios for activaty.. I dont care how much/little they score .. So long as they are Active.. The only ones which are on the firing line are those with a 0 score because they havn't submitted any games.. These ppl who have sign on and have yet to submit a game are AWL (Absent without Leave) LOL and if they don't submit a game withing 30 days of that notice then I'll have to let them go... The thing thats working against you there is that the POSS isn't an independant empire... its a part of GROSS.. If you were to strike it out alone now i think that you'll have more success in your own right.. as POSS is now well known.. but GROSS is Probably afraid of loosing you.. in the end it is up to the individual.. I'm not going to bend you every members wishes.. for any change to take place it'll be ultimatly my decision.. but as you know if I don't keep most of the empire happy
