I also have a MOBILITY RADEON 9000 running on my DELL laptop, I updated to DirectX 9.0c, and my system crashes when I hit next after selecting opponents. I have tried selecting various resolutions with no luck. I also selected tiny/rare on everything with 1 opponent on normal. I assume it something to do with running it on a laptop. I’m not sure how to update my MOBILITY RADEON 9000 driver. I sure its simple, but am a little afraid to mess my system up. I al

ype research which would maintain your planet population at optimum and only grow it if you pull population out. I would seem like an advanced culture would be able to manage population growth effectively.
