First let me start by saying in response to this article, I agree with the tactic of head shots for these particular incidents. It is our only way of confirming that the terrorist/suspect not be able to physically do anyhting or take any action after the shot. Problem is from any distance and at a moving target this is very difficult. It must be practiced alot and very often to be anywhere near effective at it. I oractice weekly for several hours.
