Finally I can get on here to comment....I'm logged in bit can't commment from the main page whenever I click on an article? I'm ok from my page and forums.
One moment I'm in, logged into JU, then I try to comment, I'm out? I go to the Forums, I'm logged in, I search for the article I'm interested in commenting on, I get there and it is fine. I go back to the JU main page, I'm fine. I click on an article to read and comment, I'm logged out? My blog page is OK too. But anywhere else, not so?
Congrats!
Like the many before him, he's going to need it, even more! That said I understand the feeling of agnst and the disillusions, but if our country doesn't have all of its' citizens behind it, then we might as well roll over. When Bush won his second term in office, not everyone was happy, I definitely wasn't happy too, but I gave him the chance and so did many others. The doom and gloom was not like this, it is really disheartening.
you will be pleasntly surprised ... you will see... just watch
From your lips to God's ears ThinkAloud!
{{{{{{{{{{{{{ DONNA}}}}}}}}}} AND YOU KNOW WHY!!!!!!!
Elie, good to see you. I've just gotten back on line. Hey, anytime! Glad you're feeling better.
Yeah! Thx Charles
Oops, I meant to write "Thx Dude!" Can't fix that since the EDIT button is no where right now.
Bush always gave more credit than he received. Anything positive about the man was pushed to the back page (if mentioned at all) by the media.
Bush did well his first four years. It is the last four that broke his Presidency! I didn't vote for him but he was and is also my President!
I agree with pretty much everything you said Charles and FS. Good to see ya FS.
Yeah! Thx Charles. Good to be back blogging
Zoo, I agree, amazing! I'm glad I am alive to witness it!
"It will be a stirring sight to watch President Obama, his wife Michelle and their beautiful girls step through the doors of the White House," George Bush said [article linked above] Good on you President Bush, like John McCain, you are both very gracious in calling for the unity of our country! <img src="http://www.timesonline.co.uk/multimedia/a
??? how do you know these folks dont work hard? You think they just grab derelicts off the street? I know for a fact many good hard working people got screwed by unscrupulous lending practices and lost their homes. Our first Agent tried to BS us in to getting a loan that varied on current rates as they went up and down, then tried to get us to go for a loan with balloon style payments. Sure we could have made the $3000 a month initial payments but when the loan hit the mark in 2 y
I guess that is true! One is allowed to wallow and whine, then it is back to the grindstone! [e digicons]v_v[/e] Our economy will need a lot of work!
so taking all their money out is going to help our country? Jumping a sinking ship will help us too?> Wow, what patriots! I can understnad the wait and see, we all will do that obviously. But wow....disappointment is a given, but dang people, is this not the land that we love? I guess not anymore!
I keep hearing people referring to the outcome of this election as the biggest effect because of race. It is not just because of the Black votes, although that helped, but let us not forget that the Black race is no longer the top minority in this country, in terms of numbers, even today. It is also not because of the so called "White consience", though many like to believe this. Let us also not forget
I second that. If those who voted against Bush had to deal with him for 8 years, we can survive 4 years of Obama
LOL!
OK all you users out there, no more free ride! [e digicons]B)[/e] So your Christmas list will include all those who will be on your premium list? [e digicons]:erk:[/e]
This is what this day is all about. Regardless of our beliefs and political choices, we are all Americans in the end and we have to believe we are all voting for what we believe is best for the country.I may disagree with some here and at times sound like a jerk, but I will always respect your opinions, I will simply tell you I think you are wrong.
You're right! No, I'm right! Yes, I am! Nope you are....ok, enough...I'm winding down, ti
Good for you that you were able to do that!
Wow, you mean he hated his grandparents and his mom, and denied them too? He's Arab? Wow, who knew! Quick, get it on the news, right away, he's an ALIEN!
Way to go Charles! You did what you believed, good for you! I left my sticker on my steering pad. I voted Democratic, full throttle myself! Yeah! [e digicons]:D[/e]

It would be ashame if there were riots, whichever way the pedulum ended. The world is watching us, it would be a shame indeed.
Charles, those two people do not speak for all. Just because two people like that react in such a deratory manner, they dont' speak for Mr. Obama, nor I'm sure do they speak for Mr. McCain. Don't forget that the shoe is also on the other foot with the extreme things that people have been saying about Obama and what he represents. I'm sure you can read it all over to see what I'm trying to say. It cuts both ways, and bullshit is going to come from all sides. The thing is what
Hilarious collection of the lies, Donna. Two thumbs up. Fried chicken and collared greens for everyone, followed by a prayer facing east!
lol..thx! Just thought I would toss some of that stuff together and maybe some might see how over the top we have all become! I'm scared too, but we cannot just hand in the towel and give up on us!
Thanks for the sound in my head while reading it again, it truly is perfect. LOL
LOL! That song ha
Great point-counterpoint. I may have to steal some of these and post 'em on my other blog . . . that okay? I'll give you credit.
Go right ahead! Pigs fly....Dove poo...? [e digicons][/e] [e digicons]:P[/e]
