If you don't want to spend anything, you can go to the Yahoo Widgets gallery and get a widget called "Zipper". It is fan-freakin'-tastic! It unzips all kinds of files and it can also zip files. It's drag and drop. Try it, it's free! PC Find it here > Link

Did you know that there are spell checkers that cost nothing? It's true! You can "Google" spell checkers to find some! (Google toolbar is free too!) Just thought I would share that with you since you clearly don't know. PC

The title say's it all. I will give my own answer if asked, but I think your answers are more important here. Being as how there is no "Poll" function, this is the only way I can see to submit these questions. Three questions, should you choose to answer........what are you the most satisfied with, in regards to Stardock? How about WinCustomize? What are you LEAST satisfied with? Interesting, no? Yeah! What happened Jafo? Beer 30 was several hours ago. I've noticed that one of your own posts dissappeared. Now this? You are celebrating the whole "Australia gets some goals" thing way too much. When Fuzzy's away, ol' Jafo will play! PC <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/smiles/Smile.gif" border=0 ALIGN="absmiddle

One more thing (I know, I know). Make the artists "Rock Stars"! There are people here who can do more things with digital art, then I can do vocally. (Yes, I'm a bit full of myself). Help them be recognized by more than happenstance. It's not like we don't all know exactly who they are. People come here to see "Kiss". They want to know about "Kiss". Let them know about "Kiss"! Exploit it! Make it painfully obvious!

But don't start charging for skins. Assuming you are talking about my post, I absolutely DO NOT advocate charging for skins. At least no more than is done now. I'm just suggesting that people are not being directed properly. By paying $20 for website access, you are paying for just that. Y

Has there ever been consideration given to a "static" site for non-customers? Many of the problems you describe in a past thread of yours I read could be gotten rid of using this idea. I'm thinking a relatively small site with a reasonable choice of downloads, that is heavily focused on attaining new customers. Build the site and update it only once an month, or less. Keep it entirely separate from WC save limited forum access. This would r

Re: #2, That whole issue should be re-opened. There are so many ways to sort traffic in ways that would benefit everyone. I have several myself, but I won't hijack this thread. Re: #1, He clearly needed to have his meds re-evaluated. PC

Forgive me for asking, but did you recieve your e-mail with the WC Browser download links? Did you download the WC Browser? Did you enter the serial number from the e-mail? Finally, did you log in using your WC Browser? I only ask because sometimes it's the obvious things that are forgotten. Please don't think I'm being patronizing to you. I'm just trying to help. Holy crap! I'm still living in the dark ages. I didn't know you could do those kinds of things. I wasn't super impressed until they turned the "cube". That floored me. Gotta try it now! Will it mess anything up by using the live cd? I mean are there risks? I've never used Linux so I'm at a loss. (Please forgive my newbie status on the matter.) It wouldn't hurt to choose "System Information" when in the WindowBlinds config. and copy/paste the information here. I can see it's an evaluation version but that's about it. Have you downloaded and installed Icon Packager? Have either evaluation periods expired? Post the system info and a better picture using Island Dog's link. Don't reduce it in any way. That way we can see what all it's showing. PC <img src="http://

I'm not sure that I'm understanding the question here. What is it you are asking exactly? That screen allows you to modify your desktop. You choose a skin and then click to apply changes. The skin is applied. If you can be more specific as to what is the problem, it would help. PC

I looked at my version and I didn't see anything to disable just the start menu-unless it is overridden purposely. That version is very old so I don't know if he has other features that I may not. Mine is the latest version.

Huh! I never noticed that little "wrench" icon before! If you're planning to keep an option like that, it really doesn't matter to me what is "default". Anything that could possibly help speed up the site would be in the best interests of everyone here, I believe. The site's cookin' today!

Hopefully somewhere in her book she also critcizes the three 911 widows who appeared at the RNC. I'm sure she could come up with a few choice descriptions for them. I mean, we don't want victims to get away with politicizing it right? I didn't watch the convention, but I'm pretty sure that it was political. Funny, she was on "Heartland" last night and SHE didn't like being called "mean". Go figure. I guess she's not "fair game".
