Good article. Anyway I use "backgroundeffect = 1" instead of "Start Panel Effects". Also "Start Panel Effects" do not work on my computer (Skinstudio 4.4.0 and WB 4.5). Those annoying shadows on the right side however remains. Even using "Start Panel"->"Bottom Bar"-> Attribute: "Start panel effects = Enabled" does not help. Please help!
The bare truth is that Windows Blinds not only loads that small exe file but also loads the wblinds.dll and wbhelp.dll seperately for each and every program that is loaded on the computer.
